These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Posads platform, including KoloTracker, SalesTracker, and Sochie AI (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing dashboards, engaging with Sochie on WhatsApp, or using any Posads service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Admin users may grant or restrict access to KoloTracker, SalesTracker, or Sochie based on purchased seats.
Posads subscriptions operate on a user-per-month pricing model. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Sochie is an AI assistant designed for communication, insights generation, and automated business analysis. You agree not to misuse Sochie for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
All Posads content, branding, source code, and tools—including Sochie AI workflows, data models, and UI components—are the property of Posads Company Nigeria Ltd and protected under copyright laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Posads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Data accuracy is not guaranteed, especially for manually entered records or AI-generated messages from Sochie.
We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
