Data is used to deliver platform functionality, generate analytics, communicate via Sochie AI, and enhance user experience.
Sochie processes user messages to generate responses and insights. Messages may be temporarily stored to maintain context but are not sold or shared with third parties.
We use Supabase for encrypted storage, Vercel for secure hosting, and TLS/HTTPS for all communication. Only authorized staff can access stored data.
You may request to delete your account, export your data, or correct inaccuracies at any time.
Messages exchanged with Sochie over WhatsApp are processed solely for automated assistance and support. You may request deletion of your WhatsApp chat logs from our servers at any time.
